Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out below.


Order Processing & Handling Time

All orders are processed within 2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed after processing cut-off times, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation where tracking information is available.


Delivery Times

All delivery estimates listed below are working days only and begin after dispatch, not from the order date.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, local courier handling, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.


United Kingdom Shipping

Standard UK Delivery (10–15 working days)

  • Free on orders £150 and over
  • £24.99 on orders under £150

Express UK Delivery (3–5 working days)

  • £79.99

European Union Shipping

Economy International (10–15 working days)

  • Free on orders £150 and over
  • £24.99 on orders under £150

Express International (2–7 working days)

  • £79.99

United States Shipping

Economy US (10–25 working days)

  • Free on orders $200 USD and over

Standard International (3–17 working days)

  • $34.99

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges:

  • Are not included in the product price or shipping cost
  • Are the sole responsibility of the customer
  • Must be paid to release the shipment from customs

We are unable to estimate or control these fees and cannot reimburse charges refused or incurred at customs.


Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Address Details

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Packages returned to us due to failed delivery attempts
  • Additional fees charged by couriers for re-delivery or address corrections

If an order is returned to us due to address errors or failure to collect, re-shipping costs will apply.


Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

Tracking information is provided where available and may take up to 48 hours to update after dispatch.

Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility for the order transfers to the customer. We are not liable for parcels reported missing after confirmed delivery.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order appears delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will assist with an investigation where possible.

Please note:

  • Courier investigations can take several working days
  • Replacement or refund decisions are subject to courier outcomes

Partial Shipments

In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages. You will receive separate notifications if this applies.
