Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured exclusively in Morocco. All of our products are hand selected by us; we have built relationships with artisans across the country to provide you with the highest quality handcrafted products.
Are your items exactly like the photos?
The photos show the exact style and finish, but because each piece is handmade, there will be natural differences. Expect slight variations rather than a factory-perfect copy. We believe that this adds to the allure of the Morocco Artisanat industry.
We will never ship a product that is a completely different colour, style, shape or material.
We do also offer a handpicked service - book a call and we will take you virtually to our warehouse to select your own product.
When will I get my order?
We work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information.
Delivery times vary depending on your location & the shipping option that you chose.
Our FREE shipping option typical delivers within 14 days. Express 2-3 days.
Bespoke or large items may take longer but we will keep you informed.

We also offer express service that is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the product. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
